Preliminary Agreement (Compromesso) between the parties, detailed and executed according to law and the rules of registration, with possible translation in English, German and Russian. Deposit-payment on account, which is paid at the signing of the compromesso and it usually between 10 and 20% of the property cost. Sale contract. it is the final transfer of the property to the buyer, made in the presence of a Notary, who will give in advance the quotation for all expenses , taxes and registration tax etc. Help post sale for possible transfer and/or new contracts for gas, electricity, water etc.
