There are many  typical dishes from the  Langhe, Monferrato and Roero, born form the simplicty of farmhouse cooking and to speak of them all is almost impossible ( bagna cauda, Raviole del plin and Tajarin, Fondue, Vitello Tonato, Brastato al Barolo, Torta di Nocciole etc   It is a gastronomy born from the modest economical conditions of the last centuries, however preserving all of the natural ingredients, the tastes and the unmistakable perfumes of this wonderful land.
