Alba hosts the most important world market of the White Truffle, and the months of October and November are dedicated, celebrated and enjoyed by thousands of visitors from all of the world. The visitors can go to discover the magical fragrance of the "truffle", always escorted by the reliable truffle dog and this experiencing a new intoxicating emotion.
Besides every small town offers interesting attractions each year , fairs and festivals of various types like: Vinum in Alba during April, Festival of the Hazelnut in Cortemilia in August, Fair of the fat Ox in Carrù in December, Cheese (an important review of cheeses) in Bra in September, Cuneos fair of chestnuts in autumn and Canale d' alba with the fair of peaches in August. |
